Peppynose™ products are sold through Amazon.in and Flipkart. This website does not take orders or payments. When you buy a Peppynose product, the order is placed with, and fulfilled by, the marketplace you buy from.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled by Amazon.in or Flipkart under their own return and refund policies. The return window and conditions for each product are shown on its product page on the marketplace.

How to request a return

Open your order on the marketplace you bought from and choose the return or replacement option: Amazon.in orders or Flipkart orders. Refunds are paid by the marketplace to your original payment method, as described in its policy.
